We are a family running this alongside other work, so a reply can take a couple of days. It will be a person, not a form letter.
What we would most like to hear
- Corrections. If a page has something wrong in it, tell us and we will fix it and say that we did. This is the most useful message you can send us.
- "What about this one?" If you own something in one of our subjects and it is better than what we picked, we want to know. First-hand experience beats a specification sheet every time.
- Questions we did not answer. If you read a page and still did not know what to buy, that is a fault in the page. Tell us what was missing.
What we cannot help with
We are not Amazon and we cannot see, change, or track your order. For anything about a purchase — delivery, returns, refunds, a damaged item — you need Amazon's own customer service, through the account you ordered with. We have no access to it.
We also do not give medical, veterinary, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on this site is a substitute for a professional who can actually see your situation.
